
Cancellation And Refund Policy
1. General Terms
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the product or service booked. Each booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel supplier (airlines, hotels, or service providers). Customers are advised to review these terms carefully at the time of purchase.
Bookings can be cancelled online through our website www.ExplorationTrip.com or by contacting our customer care team. Some cancellations may require a minimum processing time, subject to the terms and conditions of the specific product or service booked.
2. Supplier Penalties
Certain bookings, once confirmed, may be subject to full cancellation penalties in case of late cancellations or non-utilization. Refund eligibility is determined by the respective airline, hotel, or travel supplier’s policy.
In addition to supplier charges, ExplorationTrip may levy service or administration fees for cancellations or amendments.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after confirmation from the respective supplier. The indicative timelines are:

Air Tickets: 30–45 working days

Hotels & Land Arrangements: 10–15 working days
Refunds may vary depending on supplier timelines and banking processes. All refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
4. Standard Package Cancellation Charges (unless otherwise specified):

30 days or more before check-in: 25% of package cost

15–29 days before check-in: 50% of package cost

7–14 days before check-in: 75% of package cost

Less than 7 days before check-in / No Show: 100% of package cost (No refund)
5. Special Conditions

During peak seasons, festivals, or special events, hotels and suppliers may impose 100% cancellation charges, regardless of notice period.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by natural calamities, force majeure, or situations beyond our control.
6. Company Rights
‘ExplorationTrip’ reserves the right to decline, amend, or cancel any booking at its discretion. In such cases, we will refund any unutilized funds collected, subject to supplier terms. Our liability will be limited to the amount collected from the customer for the cancelled booking.
