
Terms & Conditions – ExplorationTrip
1. Introduction
ExplorationTrip (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a travel services company headquartered in India and providing services to customers worldwide, including but not limited to India, USA, Canada, and other countries. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions

“Services” – Travel planning, booking assistance, hotel reservations, itinerary creation, ground transport, tours, concierge services, and related facilitation provided by ExplorationTrip.

“Supplier” – Third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or local operators.

“Traveler” / “Customer” / “You” – Any individual or entity booking services with us.
3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

You must comply with the laws of your country (India, USA, Canada, or elsewhere) regarding travel, payments, and documentation.
4. Payments

Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. For international customers, currency conversion may apply depending on the payment gateway and issuing bank.

We accept credit/debit cards (domestic & international), UPI, bank transfers, and approved payment gateways.

Applicable GST, service charges, or local taxes may be levied.
5. Prices & Inclusions

Prices include only the components explicitly mentioned at the time of booking.

Exclusions (visas, insurance, meals not listed, tips, personal expenses, etc.) are the traveler’s responsibility.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by Supplier (airlines, hotels, local operators). Their rules will apply in addition to our service fees.

ExplorationTrip’s service/administration fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

Refund timelines:

Air Tickets – typically 30–45 working days

Hotels / Land Services – typically 10–15 working days

Peak season and special events may involve 100% cancellation penalties.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural calamities, pandemics, government restrictions).
7. Travel Documents & Compliance

Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, health certificates, permits, or any required documentation.

For USA & Canada customers, compliance with local immigration, ESTA/eTA, and other travel authorizations is mandatory.

ExplorationTrip is not liable for denial of entry, boarding, or refunds arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.
8. Insurance

We strongly recommend travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, trip cancellation, baggage, and liability).

ExplorationTrip does not sell or issue insurance policies.
9. Limitation of Liability

ExplorationTrip acts only as a facilitator between customers and Suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.).

We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer to ExplorationTrip for the specific service.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third parties or events beyond our control.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any non-performance or service disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions).
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All bookings are deemed to be made at our head office in India.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.

Customers in the USA, Canada, or elsewhere must also comply with applicable local laws when using our services.
